I went about 6 weeks ago and I loved it. It was a very clean place and everyone there was super professional. My... eyelashes lasted about 3-4 weeks without a touch up which is pretty good considering how much I go outside and get them dirty. They take time to look at your eye and determine what style of eyelashes look best for your eye shape. I will keep coming back here and I recommend stopping by when you have the chance!read more

I’m not quite sure how this place has such good reviews 😅 maybe they do good on lashes but DO NOT get your brows done... here! I got my eyebrows waxed, lifted and tinted. Two different people worked on me during the whole process which I wasn't a fan of but it was fine. The brows are okay, but I also have pretty sparse thin brows so I'm usually not amazed any time I get my brows done. To much of my hair was taken off for my already thin brows but that could of been because since I wanted the lift to not look bushy but I wish I would of been told the only way to do that would of been to take off a lot of my brows I wouldn't of gotten it, but communication was an issue since the two different people. The biggest issue is how red and painful my brows are, immediately after it was fine but 4 hours later it's very red and tender, there is also a darker red spot under one of my brows, I'm not sure if the wax was to hot or if it was over waxed in that area but it hurts! My sister also went with me and got the same thing done, hers isn't as bad as mine but she still has the same mark but hers is in the crease of her eye. The next day I am still very red and it hurts to touch it and feels scabby, I have never had this happen to me anywhere else and I’ve been to quite a bit of different brow places trying to find the right one, and I’ll tell ya this is NOT it!read more

I'm extremely particular about my lashes and had gone through a fair share of lash stylist. Once I'm hooked, I am a... true loyalist despite the distance I have to travel. First and foremost, it is extremely EASY to book appointments at Lady Lash. I hate hate with the passion having to text the stylist for availability. Personally, I feel bad having to text the stylist to reschedule and hope that their next availability isn't 2 weeks out or smack in the middle of the week day. Hence, I had to leave my last 2 stylist. Secondly, they have multiple stylist there. You definitely don't have to deal with outgrown or sparse lashes if your stylist is out of town or country. They are all trained by Hop so I have no doubt that I'm always in good hands. Third, the place is clean and table bed is extremely comfortable. When you have dealt with lying on a cheap, firm table before, this is a game changer. No doubt. Lastly the work is on point! I usually do volume and sometimes interchange with elegance style. The lashes are extremely light so it's great on my thin.......extremely thin, sparse asian lashes. Despite wearing extensions for over a half a decade, Hop ensures my lashes are kept healthy. No glue stuck to the skin. She's is careful and very meticulous with her work. They have other services as well such as waxing, tinting, lash lift, brow lamination, and the newest addition--- facials. I'm making my way towards getting a facial done by Hop or Julie and then do my lashes afterwards. That way, my lashes will always look GREAT. This is my honest review. I have gone to a few lash stylist. This is the first one that is everything not just myself but anyone is looking for.... You get a consultation on what you are hoping for and what works well with your natural lashes. What you want is always your choice. You get an upscale, clean, well decorated atmosphere. Best of all! For the same amount of money you would pay for less quality you will get lashes that are so beautiful and lightweight that feel like they are your natural lashes. THEY LAST!!! I have worked in a hot, humid, dusty warehouse and in a couple of weeks there was minor normal shedding but I still had full lashes! My natural lashes are thin and short if that gives you any understanding of why I am so grateful to have found this place. I recommend to all that love BEAUTIFUL lashes.read more

Okay I think I’ve officially found my Houston lash salon! I moved back to houston last year and have been to four... different techs. I’ve been getting my lashes done for about 4 years now. Since being back I’ve been to two lash salons that had either awful work or bad glue so I would get home and see 2 lashes glued to a single extension, a lot of bunching and it just damaged my lashes. Or it would be so rough that my eyelids would be swollen the next morning. I’ve been to two other places that I’ve had pleasant experiences with but just couldn’t give me the look I wanted. I literally just walked into the salon and told them I wanted a natural but longer cat eye. My tech pulled a lash length and confirmed with me that it was what I wanted and then just went to work. She was so gentle there was no discomfort at all. She was so quick but her work was detailed and I could feel her perfecting it at the end. I got perfect fluffy cat eye lashes that were just the right length for my natural lash. I also love how you can book so easily online. It makes such a big difference when you can glance at their availability and compare it to your own when trying to schedule your appointment. The pricing is great even without a discount. It’s not super high like I’ve seen some salons but it’s definitely priced at its value and I’m not worried that they’ll try to rush me out to squeeze in more clients. I’m really excited about this find!read more
